Timepoint is an information management tool and database designed to provide profling and tracking facilities for students and clients under case management or within Transition Brokering programs.

Timepoint is ideally suited to coordinators and case managers involved in the following environments:

	Transition Brokerages
	Student Case Management Environments
	"At Risk" student tracking & assistance
	Guidance Counselling and Assistance
	Student Referral Services
	Student Destination Tracking within School and other organisations

Designed in consultation with the Dusseldorp Skills Forum Youth Committment project, Pathways Timepoint maps destinations and activities to meet the Key Performance Indicators outlined by the DSF. Not only is information being recorded in a way that is operationally efficient, but in a way that meets recognised indicators and reporting standards. The Pathways Timepoint project is, however, funded and managed by Activ8, and DSF hold no commercial or financial interest in the project.
