Destination
Timepoints

Timepoints provide the ability to record an unlimited number of "destination snapshots" or "timepoints" for the case over a period of time. Each timepoint allows the recording of primary and secondary activity information, as well as aspiration and intention details. Destination Timepoint information is also summarised statistically through the reporting system.

Course Details

Assistance Logs

Where case management or assistance notes are required, a comprehensive assistance and case notes logging system is provided allowing the categorisation and recording of all events in which a student receives assistance.

Outcome Logs

Where an organisation has identifiable case outcomes, or where reporting obligations require the recording of specific case outcomes, the Outcome log provides a comprehensive tracking, categorisation and logging system to assist.

Correspondence

Allows the recording of correspondence events with the student

Medical Notes

Provides facilities to record a treating practitioner and notes if applicable to the case.

The student profile main information page - contains all the core details about the student or client profile, and provides a gateway to other profile-related information using the navigation bar on the left.

The student "Timepoint" listing - provides a chronological listing of the major information collection points for the current student, recording a "snapshot" of the student at varying intervals throughout their case management.

The student "Timepoint" details - provides a location to record situational data for each student data collection timepoint. Intentions and current status are interogated, and each student profile can contain an unlimited number of individual timepoints.

The student assistance log - this screen provides a central tracking list of all assistance events the coordinator or counsellor provides for the current student.
