Not only does this make accessing your information easy, it makes training extremely quick and keeps data entry errors to a minimum! Our handy student find and listing tools also allow you to locate students quickly and easily.

Placement Details

The core of the Pathways program is the Placement and Opportunity system, which allows you to record an unlimited number of opportunities or placements against any student or employer. Version 9 substantially upgrades the placement detail functions to include the latest field needs for your state placement contracts, and fields to track placement invoicing and risk management. Track as many placements per student record as needed so you can see a full student placement history.

Manage Students using Target Groups

Pathways 9 introduces a function that allows you to attached target groups to any student record. A target group is a group or category that you create yourself, and then attach to a student record.Common student target

groups include items such as NESB or Student with Disabilities. Gone are the days of a screen offixed check-boxes to indicate target groups. With Pathways you create your own target group list and tag each student

record as required.

To do this you need a great employer database that not only captures all the details required to process a placement, but provides relationship management features such as correspondence logs and reminders.

Manage an Unlimited Number of Placements

Each employer in Pathways can have an unlimited number of opportunities or placements attached. This allows you to build a valuable placement history - which is the lifeblood of any placement broker as it makes future placements easy.

Simplfy Management with Target Groups

Pathways 9 introduces a function that allows you to attach target groups to any employer record. A target group is a group or category that you create yourself, and then attach to an employer record. For example you may have a "VIP Employer" target group or "Special Needs Support" taget group to make it easy to indicate which employers can handle students with disabilities. Naturally you can filter and print reports using this target group.

Track all your Correspondence

Many of our clients like to keep complete correspondence contact logs so everybody in the office is always up to date on each employer. Pathways includes a full correspondence log so you can log calls, emails, faxes and letters in a central location making tracking easy and accessible.

Pathways 9 includes what may be the most labour-saving function we've added to Pathways since automating reporting and state placement agreements in the mid nineties!

The Pathways Briefcase allows you to attach Microsoft Word files directly to the reporting system, setting up the document for mail-merging entirely automatically. Mail Merging is now a SINGLE CLICK task directly from Pathways, and you retain all the control over the document because we leave it in Microsoft Word.
