Not only can you manage your membership database online. Using Evolve your members can login and update their own details and professional development event (CPD) data at any time.

 

Evolve automates many manual tasks associated with managing the CPD data and other details of your organisations members, freeing precious organisational resources to attend to higher level tasks.

 

How does it work?

Evolve is a sophisticated web-based database and interface freeing you from local software installation and update requirements.  You and your members can browse, modify and update information within Evolve anywhere in the world at anytime. You have the choice of managing member CPD events and histories yourself, or you can provide members with access and they can add and maintain their own CDP requirements

by logging in themselves.

 

Whilst Evolve manages all your membership and CPD data online, this does not mean that you are limited to the online environment.  If you wish

to work offline, save a copy of your data, or use Evolve with another database for mail merging, you can easily download your

data to excel.

Collect and Manage Continuing Professional Development

   

Managing CPD events and requirements with Evolve is a simple and time saving process. Association and company administrators can centrally manage CPD events and compare them to yearly CPD requirements with ease, and templates can be created to make adding common CPD events a two click process. Do you have a group of members attending a conference? Simply add a CPD template that both administrators and members can use to rapidly add CPD histories.

 

 

Invite Members to Manage their own CPD

   

Evolve is a little different than traditional membership and CPD managements systems - we have designed everything to be member centric, allowing members to log in and keep not only their CPD histories up to date, but also enter work history and education details. This self-service model allows association administrators to offload a lot of the labour normally required for data entry and CPD tracking. Simply invite members to enter their own CPD as it occurs, allowing them to see what their CPD history and their annual CPD requirements for your association.

 

 

Reporting & Analysis

   

Quickly and easily view memberships overdue, members with insufficient CPD, members with sufficient CPD, members that have never logged in, members missing key details, CPD allstars (ones with a large amount of PD). There are a large selection of reports and we can easily add additional reports based on your precise needs.

 

 

Customise

   

As it's name suggests, the Evolve system is constantly being updating and adapted to suit exact client needs. With the change of each season we releae a new update based on client feedback and our own internal development. Recent innovations include self-registration, CPD templates, a new administrator home page/dashboard showing statistics and recent entries.
