Successful student placement organisations are all about developing strong networks with employers. To do this you need a great employer database that not only captures all the details required to process a placement, but provides relationship management features such as correspondence logs and reminders.

Each employer in Pathways can have an unlimited number of opportunities or placements attached, allowing you to build a valuable placement history that makes future placements easy.

The employer screen in Pathways makes extensive use of drop-down menus for selection of items such as vocations and placed students. This removes issues with data entry accuracy and allows for quick data entry.

Pathways uses a unique “Opportunity System”, allowing you to pre-record availability or placement opportunities directly into the placement system, which are then used later on when a student is matched. We also allow you to allocate a placement to a school at the start before a student is known, allowing easy management of placements that are matched by the school.

Where memo or text fields are provided that may accept a lot of text, Pathways provides a zoom icon that opens an extended view of the notes for easy entry and viewing.
